A secret recipe shared by my mom. Not sure where she found it. The thoughts that came across before starting this diet What am I going to loose if I this doesn't work - Nothing. What I am I going to loose if this were to work - a few inches. wow!! That motivated me to start this diet. Here is the diet for you to test and see the results for yourself
Day 1 - 1 tsp of honey with a glass of warm water first thing in the morning (empty stomach)
Day 2 onwards increase the amount of honey by a tsp everyday until you reach to Day 11 when you will drink 11 tsp of honey with a glass of warm water.
Day 12 onwards decrease the amount of honey by a tsp everyday until Day 21 when you will be left with 1 tsp honey with a glass of warm water.
Day 1 - 1 tsp
Day 2 - 2 tsp
Day 3 - 3 tsp
...
Day 10 - 10 tsp
Day 11 - 11 tsp
Day 12 - 10 tsp
Day 13- 9 tsp
...
Day 20 - 2 tsp
Day 21 - 1 tsp
Follow this diet with your regular exercise and normal diet to loose a lot of inches. Write to me if you don't feel the difference or if you feel it. I will be waiting.
