I wanted to start this post with a beautiful quote from the net. There are so many wonderful Quotes on the net, funny ones, motivating ones. Too many to choose from. 'Motivating' reminds me of S, if I wait for him at home, he says, 'Motivating (moti-waiting) for me.' Moti in Hindi means Fatty. I have been the butt of all jokes at home, forever now. Not complaining. Just a fact. I crack jokes at myself. High time for me to put an end to all this.
A little history... I have had many stints at these fitness programs in the past. None of them stayed long enough. When I am on these freak fitness programs, I see results. Reason being, I work out hard, resist to temptations and eat healthy. When I have almost reached my goal, I tend to let myself go free and right then I start gaining weight. This time, I have let myself free for the longest time in my history. And that is the reason for me to be my fattest. But not anymore.
The Program
140 days (20 week) program to reduce weight with a goal to reduce 10 kilos of weight which is very unrealistic for me being me. So rewriting the goal

Healthy Food
Daily Exercise
Regular Monitor (weight, food, exercise, cheats)
Blog Post
Skin & Hair Care (ancillary)
Finally - make this a lifestyle and not a stint.
